Why This Group Came to Be
My journey as a therapist and a mother of four has shown me the incredible resilience and vulnerability that women experience during motherhood. This phase of life is a unique opportunity for growth and healing, allowing us to break free from generational hurts and create healthier patterns for our families. Healing Mommas was born out of a deep commitment to support moms in their own healing and in turn empower them to heal their families ❤️
